At Wellbrook Tools, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and reliability. To support this commitment, we offer a three (3) year manufacturer’s warranty on all our products, excluding consumables.

Scope of Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions for a period of three years from the date of purchase. If a defect arises during the warranty period, and it is determined to be covered under this policy, Wellbrook Tools will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Consumable items

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Modification or alteration of the product

  • Theft, loss, or unauthorised use

  • Accessories, engraving, cleaning, or sharpening services

Warranty claims determined to fall outside the above terms will not be eligible for repair or replacement.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at:

Please provide the following information when submitting a claim:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)

Once your claim is reviewed and accepted, we will provide:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Detailed return instructions, including the appropriate shipping address

General Conditions

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • The decision to repair or replace the product remains at the sole discretion of Wellbrook Tools.

  • Warranty claims must be made within the three-year warranty period from the date of original purchase.

Returns Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Goods damaged in transport

  • Goods defective on arrival

  • Goods not as described on our website

Please note: Returns due to change of mind will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
